Software Developer, Entry Level, Full Time

Oasis Digital Solutions Inc. is looking for talented, motivated developers to join our team. This is an entry-level position with a lot of growth potential. Over time, you can advance through phases (shown below) based on your abilities and growth.

Qualifications:

• Some GUI and non-GUI development experience; experience in school is OK.
• Good working knowledge of sound programming practices
• Good written and spoken communication skills; everyone says this, but we really mean it!
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Software-related degrees preferred)
• Eligible to work in the USA

Phase 1

• Assignment to specific development tasks
• User Testing and Unit Testing of applications
• Small Development Projects

• Mentoring Under A Senior Developer

Phase 2

• Full Development Team Member
• Collaborative Environment
• Ongoing Training

Phase 3

• Lead a project as a Technical Lead or Project Manager
• Train and mentor other developers

• JavaScript / Web / HTML / etc
• C# / ASP.NET
• Java
• Mobile Apps
• Delphi

For this position, you must live in the St. Louis metro area, so that you can work at our offices several days each week. Other days of the week, the work can be done from anywhere. Our teams collaborate extensively; new members always join an existing project with other Oasis Digital developers.
